Transportation

Owing to around 10 nearby bus lines, Brookside is a fairly pleasant part of Toronto for travelling by public transit. Walking is not very feasible for residents in Brookside because very few daily errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle. This part of the city is not particularly cycling-friendly because the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and the terrain is not especially flat. In contrast, the best transportation option in this neighbourhood is often driving. It is convenient to park.
