Part of the Greater Peterborough metropolitan area, Auburn is a neighbourhood within Peterborough, Ontario.


Cars are a very good transportation option in this neighbourhood. It is very easy to come across a place to park. Many of the houses for sale in this part of Peterborough are located in areas that are not very convenient for those who travel by foot because few common errands can be run without the use of a car.


Secondary schools are convenient to walk to from most homes for sale in this area. In contrast, this part of the city does not have any primary schools. With regards to eating, it is very rarely feasible for house buyers in Auburn to do groceries by walking. A limited number of restaurants can be found in Auburn as well.


Auburn is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. There are a few parks nearby for residents to discover, making it easy to reach them. This part of Peterborough is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
