Transportation

No matter the mode of transportation, it is moderately easy to move around in Orleans Central. Orleans Central is a fairly pleasant part of Ottawa for travelling by public transit. For instance, there are approximately 30 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also reasonably well-suited for those who travel as pedestrians; most daily needs are easy to meet without a car. Orleans Central is fairly conducive to bicycling.
