Most homes for sale in this part of Ottawa are located in areas that are not very convenient for those who prefer to get around as pedestrians because almost no common errands can be run without a car.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Ottawa. Likewise, it can be very difficult to access daycares by foot. As far as food is concerned, getting to the nearest grocery store by walking is feasible for some, but not all, house buyers in this part of Ottawa. Constance Bay is a wonderful neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. Constance Bay is excellent for those who like quiet surroundings, as the streets are generally very tranquil. Most locations within the neighbourhood have good access to parks, including Torbolton Forest, since they aren't well-situated. Despite that, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to explore.

Housing

Single detached homes and row houses are the predominant housing type in Constance Bay. Roughly one third of properties in this part of the city were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s.
