Transportation

Driving is very often the best way to move around in Glen Abbey. Parking is generally easy, and nearby highways, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, are quite easy to reach from any home in this neighbourhood. In contrast, the public transit network in Glen Abbey is not very practical. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. Commuting by bicycle is challenging in Glen Abbey because the cycling infrastructure is rather limited, and there are a good number of slopes. This area is also not especially well-suited for walking because few daily needs can be carried out on foot.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are convenient to get to on foot from anywhere in Glen Abbey. In contrast, high schools are not especially numerous and therefore not always within walking distance.
