Falgarwood is a neighbourhood within Oakville, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


Driving is an excellent mode of transportation in Falgarwood. It is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this part of the town, and finding a parking spot is generally easy. However, commuting by public transit is sometimes difficult in Falgarwood. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Oakville, even though most daily needs are convenient to carry out without having to use a car. Falgarwood is also not very bicycling-friendly as the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and riding a bike is made strenuous by the typically hilly area.


House buyers in Falgarwood will welcome that a grocery store is always only a rather short walk away. There are also a few restaurants and cafes in this area. Concerning education, parents and their children will welcome that no matter where their house is situated in Falgarwood, daycares and primary schools are nearby.
