Transportation

Commuting by car is especially convenient in Southdown. Finding a parking spot is quite easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in Southdown is somewhat poor. Nevertheless, residents can count on the Clarkson Station with access to the Lakeshore West Line. Homeowners profit from Clarkson Go Station Platform 9 with access to the 110 | University Express. The neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot because few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. The bike is a sometimes poor method of transportation in this neighbourhood as there are a fair number of slopes, and the cycling network is not particularly well-developed.
