The car is usually the best means of transportation in Mineola. Many real estate listings are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, and coming across a parking spot is easy. However, this neighbourhood is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner.
