The neighbourhood of Meadowvale Village is part of the city of Mississauga, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


Driving is an excellent means of transportation in Meadowvale Village. Most homes for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 401, and accessing a parking spot is generally easy. However, public transit riders may have few choices in Meadowvale Village as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Meadowvale Village is quite cycling-friendly as there are a fair number of bike lanes. This part of Mississauga is not particularly well-suited for walking because running daily errands is occasionally challenging.

Finally, there are about 20 parks close by for residents to visit, like Derry West Greenbelt and Fletcher's Flats, resulting in them being very easy to access from most locations within Meadowvale Village.

In this part of the city, most buildings are single detached homes, but townhouses are also present in the housing stock. A majority of the housing growth in this area has occurred after the year 2000. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
