Transportation

The best method to move around in this area is very often driving. The majority of houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 8, and it is very convenient to find a place to park. On the other hand, the public transit system in this neighbourhood is rather poor. Thankfully, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Travelling by foot is not very common in this area, despite the fact that many daily needs are easy to carry out without the use of a vehicle. Rockway is also not very cycling-friendly as there is a significant amount of hills, and this neighbourhood is home to a rather limited bicycling infrastructure.

Services

The nearest grocery store in this part of the city is usually only a reasonably short walk away. In addition, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner. It is also convenient to get to a selection of clothing stores on foot. In terms of education, families will appreciate the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority houses for sale in Rockway.
