Part of the Greater Guelph metropolitan area, Kortright Hills is a neighbourhood within Guelph, Ontario.

Transportation

Kortright Hills is particularly car friendly. It is especially convenient to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. In contrast, residents using public transit may find limited options in Kortright Hills by reason of the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are about 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very convenient for home buyers in this part of Guelph since few common errands can be run without needing a vehicle. However, Kortright Hills is amenable to biking.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are straightforward to get to by foot from most homes for sale in this part of Guelph. On the other hand, there are only a very small number of high schools and accordingly they can be a very long stroll away. With respect to eating, in the majority of cases, a vehicle is required in this area to access the closest supermarket.
