Transportation

Homeowners are served by Victoria Park Station - Eastbound Platform and Victoria Park Station - Westbound Platform on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth). House owners are served by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are also suitable for those who prefer to get around by foot; running day-to-day errands is easy without a vehicle, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Woodbine Gardens is moderately appropriate for bicycling.

Woodbine Gardens is very quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Greenery is present in this neighbourhood; green spaces, including Stan Wadlow Park and Taylor Creek Park, are very well-located and there are about 40 of them nearby for residents to explore, which makes them very easy to reach. Furthermore, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for most streets is reasonably good.
