Transportation

This area affords homeowners several alternative means of transportation. Commuting by public transit is easy in Kingsview Village. More specifically, there is the Etobicoke North on the Kitchener. The neighbourhood is linked by approximately 20 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally around the corner. House buyers who want to be in a walkable area will also welcome the moderately pedestrian-friendly character of Kingsview Village; many daily needs can be met without a car. Biking is easy in Kingsview Village.

Services

It is convenient to get to the closest supermarket without a car in this part of Toronto. Furthermore, Kingsview Village is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe. It is also a rather short stroll to a decent variety of clothing stores. Regarding education, it is a short trip to get to daycares and primary schools from anywhere in this part of Toronto. On the other hand, high schools are not particularly numerous and consequently may require an extended distance to get to.

Character

Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Kingsview Village. To be more precise, green spaces, including The Elms Park and Pine Point Park, are very well-spread out and there are around 40 of them nearby for residents to visit, making them very easy to access.
