Transportation

Claireville presents house buyers with the choice between a diversity of methods of transportation. This neighbourhood is a fairly convenient part of Toronto for moving around by public transit. In particular, the neighbourhood is linked by approximately 10 bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Claireville is also moderately convenient for pedestrians; many common errands can be run without a car. This part of Toronto is reasonably conducive to cycling since bicycling is made easier by the generally flat terrain.

Services

The closest grocery store in Claireville is generally only a short stroll away. Likewise, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. It is also a rather short trip to a good choice of clothing stores. As far as education is concerned, families will value that no matter where their home is situated in Claireville, primary schools and daycares are close by.
