Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a limited number of coffee shops is available as well. It is also a rather short trip to a decent variety of clothing stores. In terms of education, parents and their children will value that wherever their home is situated in East End, primary schools and daycares are close by. The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of this area is an important part of its character.
