The favoured method of transportation in Cootes Paradise is usually a car. It is very convenient to park, and most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 403. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be challenging in Cootes Paradise by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. This part of Hamilton is not very well-suited for walking as few common errands can be run on foot. It is also sometimes challenging to move around by bike in Cootes Paradise as bicycling is rendered arduous by the typically hilly topography.
