Part of the Greater Chatham-Kent metropolitan area, Cedar Springs is a neighbourhood within Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in this area. It is very easy to come across a place to park. In contrast, Cedar Springs is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and it is convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Chatham-Kent are located in places that are not very well-suited for people who prefer to get around on foot because almost no common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. Cedar Springs is also not very appropriate for biking because the cycling network is quite bad. Nonetheless, the topography is reasonably flat.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Cedar Springs. Furthermore, it can be very hard to reach daycares as a pedestrian. When it comes to food, house buyers in this area commonly have to turn to a vehicle to access the closest supermarket.
