Riverbank No 3 is an extremely good part of Cambridge for driving. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot. However, commuting by transit can be very hard in this neighbourhood as a result of the infrequent service. The bike is a fairly poor method of transportation in Riverbank No 3 since there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the cycling network is not very extensive. It is also very difficult for pedestrians to navigate this part of Cambridge as very few common errands can be run on foot.


This area does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, it can be very hard to walk to daycares from properties for sale in this part of Cambridge. With respect to eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is required in Riverbank No 3 to access the closest supermarket.
