Transportation

It is easy for pedestrians to navigate Northview; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. On the other hand, commuting by bicycle is sometimes difficult in this area because riding is made strenuous by the often sloping terrain, and the cycling infrastructure is somewhat poor. The public transit system in Northview is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. On the other hand, driving is usually the best method to navigate this area. It is easy to find a parking spot.

Services

It is occasionally possible for house buyers in Northview to buy groceries by walking. Nonetheless, getting to the closest pharmacy and consequently some basic food items is generally straightforward. Residents are served by a few restaurants and cafes as well. Regarding education, it is a reasonably short walk to access both primary and secondary schools from anywhere in this part of Cambridge. However, it can be very hard to access daycares as a pedestrian.
