Housing

Roughly 45% of homes in Rural were built between 1960 and 1980, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1980s. The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of this neighbourhood is an important part of its character. Nearly 90% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners while the rest are rented. This area is especially good for those looking for four or more bedroom homes.
