With Burlington Station on the Lakeshore West Line, and around 10 nearby bus lines, the fairly good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. On the other hand, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of Glenwood Park, even though running day-to-day errands is easy. The bicycle is a fairly poor mode of transportation in this part of Burlington as the cycling network is quite poor, and there is a significant amount of hills. On the other hand, Glenwood Park is especially car friendly. The street layout is reasonably amenable to getting around by car, and parking is generally easy.

Services

It is generally practical for property owners in this neighbourhood to do their groceries on foot. Moreover, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a small selection of coffee shops is available as well.
