Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in this area. It is very easy to access a parking spot. In contrast, the public transit service in Vales of Humber is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are close to a bus stop. Walking is not very practical for property owners in Vales of Humber since almost no day-to-day errands can be run on foot. Getting around by bicycle is also difficult in this neighbourhood as there are a fair number of slopes, and the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.

Services

There are only a limited number of primary schools in Vales of Humber and therefore they can be an extended walk away. Likewise, this part of the city does not contain any high schools. The buildings in this neighbourhood are very new, because the majority of its buildings were built after the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s and the 1990s. There is a higher proportion of four or more bedroom homes in this neighbourhood.
