Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Hickory Woods is a neighbourhood within Brampton, Ontario.

Transportation

This area offers property owners several alternative methods of transportation. Thanks to around 10 nearby bus lines, the fairly good transit access makes transit a viable option for many. A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are also conducive to pedestrians; running daily errands is easy without a vehicle. Hickory Woods is moderately appropriate for bicycling.

Services

In Hickory Woods, parents and their children will usually be able to reach daycares and primary schools without the need to get in a car. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this part of Brampton. Concerning eating, it is rarely practical for home buyers in this part of the city to purchase their groceries without a vehicle. Likewise, Hickory Woods is a good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe. It is also convenient to reach a number of clothing stores without the use of a vehicle.
