The car is usually the favoured way to navigate this area. Accessing a parking spot is quite easy. This part of the municipality is not very suited for cycling as there are very few bike lanes, and the terrain is not especially flat. Traveling by foot is also not very convenient for house buyers in this community as meeting daily needs is practically impossible without a car.

Malay Falls does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, families may consider it very difficult for their kids to get to daycares by walking. Concerning food, it is very rarely possible for property owners in Malay Falls to travel to the closest grocery store as pedestrians.
