The community of Spry Harbour can be found in the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the best transportation option in this area. It is especially convenient to park. Spry Harbour is not very cycling-friendly as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and riding is rendered arduous by the often hilly topography. Walking is also not very convenient for home buyers in this community as almost no daily errands can be run without a car.

Services

Spry Harbour does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Moreover, families may find it very difficult for their children to get to daycares by walking. As far as food is concerned, in all cases, a car is needed to purchase groceries.
