North End is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

North End allows homeowners to move around using various methods of transportation. A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are particularly conducive to those who like to get around on foot; running daily errands is convenient without needing a car, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Physically active property owners will also appreciate the bike-friendly character of North End. In particular, the bicycling infrastructure is extensive. Thanks to about 30 nearby bus lines, North End is home to good public transit access. Commuting by car is also convenient in North End because it is usually convenient to park.
