The neighbourhood of Halifax Seaport is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Halifax Seaport affords homeowners the choice between different means of transportation. Thanks to about 20 nearby bus lines, commuting by public transit is convenient in this part of the municipality. Halifax Seaport is also very suitable for pedestrians; running common errands is convenient without a vehicle, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Getting around by bicycle is easy in this neighbourhood since Halifax Seaport boasts reasonably good cycling infrastructure.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to access as a pedestrian from any location in Halifax Seaport.
