Transportation

Fletchers Lake is especially car friendly. It is very easy to park. It is very difficult for people walking to move around in Fletchers Lake since very few daily needs can be met without a vehicle. Biking is also challenging in this area because the cycling network is quite poor, and there are a fair number of elevation changes.

Services

Families will value that no matter where their home is located in this community, primary schools are close by. In contrast, high schools are not abundant and consequently not always within walking distance. As far as eating is concerned, in the majority of cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries. There are also a few restaurants in this community.

Character

The character of Fletchers Lake is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. This part of the municipality is especially quiet overall, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.
