Situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area, Crichton Park is a neighbourhood within Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

This area is a very good part of Halifax for travelling by car. Many houses for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, and it is very convenient to come across a place to park. In contrast, this part of Halifax is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, property owners benefit from approximately 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Crichton Park is appropriate for cycling. On the other hand, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Halifax, even though many daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are easy to get to without needing a car from any location in Crichton Park. In contrast, families may consider it difficult to reach high schools as pedestrians. Concerning food, a supermarket is typically accessible within an extended stroll from any home in Crichton Park. In addition, this area is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe.

Character

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Crichton Park is a reasonably good option. Crichton Park is great for those who need quiet surroundings, as the streets are very calm.
