Situated within the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, Pearlview is a neighbourhood within Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Transportation
Moving around by car is especially convenient in this part of Mount Pearl. Finding a parking spot is generally easy, and the majority of houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway. In contrast, the public transit network in Pearlview is fairly poor. Thankfully, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is sometimes difficult to get around by bike in this area because there is a considerable amount of hills, and the cycling network is rather limited. Walking is also not very convenient for residents in this area because many daily needs are at times challenging to meet without a vehicle.

It is often an option for property owners in this area to buy their groceries on foot. A limited selection of restaurants and cafes is available as well. With respect to education, families will value that no matter where their home is located in Pearlview, daycares are nearby.
