The neighbourhood of The Hill can be found in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is convenient for people walking to navigate The Hill; many daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle. This area is also fairly conducive to biking. The Hill is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners have access to about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. On the other hand, driving is a very good mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is very convenient to park, and it is a short drive to the nearest highway from any location in The Hill.

It is straightforward to access the closest supermarket on foot from most homes for sale in The Hill. Likewise, this neighbourhood is a good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe. When it comes to education, schools and daycares are straightforward to reach as a pedestrian from anywhere in The Hill.

Character

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, The Hill is a reasonably good option. The Hill is especially quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
