Lincoln is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is usually the best way to get around in Lincoln. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot, and nearby highways are easy to reach from any location in this part of the city. On the other hand, the public transit service in Lincoln is rather limited. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally very close by. Cycling is convenient in Lincoln. Walking is not very convenient for residents in this area as very few daily needs can be met without a car.

Services

In most, if not all, cases, a car is needed to purchase groceries. There are also a few restaurants in Lincoln. Concerning education, daycares are easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in this area. However, there are no primary schools and no high schools in Lincoln.

Character

The character of Lincoln is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere.
