Transportation

Regardless of the medium of transportation, it is moderately easy to travel in this area. Thanks to around 40 nearby bus lines, the transit infrastructure in St. Boniface is practical. Getting around as a pedestrian is also reasonably practical for residents in this part of the city; running common errands is easy without needing to use a vehicle, and various businesses are reasonably close at hand. A fair number of residents in the area use their bicycle as there are few hills to confront cyclists, and St. Boniface boasts good cycling infrastructure.

Services

House buyers in St. Boniface will appreciate that a grocery store is always only a very short trip away. In addition, there are over 50 restaurants and approximately 10 coffee shops to benefit from in this area. Concerning education, parents and their kids will value that wherever their property is situated in this part of the city, schools and daycares are close by.

Character

St. Boniface has a character that appeals to a fairly diverse group of people. St. Boniface is very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. However, public green spaces, including Seine River Parkway and Lagimodière-Gaboury Heritage Park, are especially well-situated and there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to enjoy, which makes it very easy to get to them. Finally, although the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this community, its main streets are still quite dynamic, and finding one of the about 10 bars is very difficult as they are generally located very far.
