This neighbourhood is a very good neighbourhood for eco-friendly transportation options. Thanks to approximately 10 nearby bus lines, the public transit network in Kitsilano is fairly good. This area is also an extraordinarily pleasant part of Vancouver for pedestrians; many daily needs are very easy to meet on foot, and many businesses are reasonably nearby. Bicycling is adopted in Kitsilano as there are numerous bike lanes.
