Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Crescent Beach is a community within Surrey, British Columbia.

Transportation

Crescent Beach is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, Crescent Beach is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. Biking is convenient in this area. Most houses for sale in this community are located in places that are not very conducive to those who like to get around as pedestrians as many daily needs are difficult to carry out without a car.

Services

It is rarely feasible for house buyers in Crescent Beach to travel to the nearest grocery store without the use of a car. Residents benefit from a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. When it comes to education, families will appreciate the proximity to daycares, which are within a short distance from all houses for sale in this part of Surrey.
