Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Cedardale is a neighbourhood within West Vancouver, British Columbia.

Transportation

Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are conducive to those who like to get around on foot; many daily errands can be run without the need for a car, and numerous businesses are reasonably close by. Physically active house buyers will also appreciate the fairly bicycling-friendly nature of Cedardale. In particular, the bicycling network is reasonably good. The best method to get around in Cedardale is very often a car. The majority of properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as taylor way, and it is very convenient to come across a parking spot. However, residents using public transit may find limited choices in Cedardale by reason of the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by approximately 10 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will value the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority properties for sale in Cedardale. This neighbourhood did not experience a single construction boom; the construction of new buildings in Cedardale was spread throughout several decades in recent history.
