The neighbourhood of Cambie is part of the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cambie is a great neighbourhood for car-free transportation options. It is very easy for pedestrians to move around in this neighbourhood; carrying out day-to-day needs is especially convenient without the need to use a car, and many businesses are fairly close by. Physically active property owners will also be pleased with the very cycling-friendly nature of Cambie. More specifically, the cycling infrastructure is good, and bike-share stations are never more than a few blocks away. Owing to various nearby rapid transit stations on the Canada Line, and around 10 nearby bus lines, this neighbourhood is very transit friendly. On the other hand, driving is a rather limited mode of transportation in Cambie as it is challenging to park.

Services

In Cambie, families will usually be able to access daycares and schools on foot. With regards to food, it is straightforward to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from most homes for sale in this part of Vancouver. Moreover, thanks to over 200 restaurants and around 50 coffee shops, Cambie is a great area in which to eat out. Residents benefit from numerous clothing stores within walking distance.
