Part of the Greater Kamloops metropolitan area, Tru is a neighbourhood within Kamloops, British Columbia.


Driving is a great transportation option in this part of Kamloops. It is especially convenient to find a place to park, and it is a rather short drive to the closest highway from any location in Tru. However, this area is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by about 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically just around the corner. This part of Kamloops is not particularly conducive to walking because few common errands can be run on foot.


It is convenient to access the nearest supermarket by walking from most houses for sale in this part of Kamloops. Moreover, a coffee shop is generally a reasonably short stroll away. With regards to education, parents and their children will value the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from most homes for sale in Tru.


Tru offers a slower-paced ambience and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time outdoors. The noise levels in this neighbourhood are reasonably low, as the streets are usually peaceful.
