The neighbourhood of Valleyview can be found in the city of Kamloops, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Kamloops metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured transportation option in this part of the city is usually a car. It is very easy to access a place to park, and the majority of houses for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. However, Valleyview is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences. Traveling as a pedestrian is not very practical for home buyers in Valleyview because many daily needs are inconvenient to carry out without needing to resort to a vehicle. This neighbourhood has a good variety of housing sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Homeowners occupy roughly 70% of the units in Valleyview and the rest are rented.
