The community of Valley South can be found in the city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a very good transportation option in Valley South. Accessing a place to park is quite easy. In contrast, travelling by transit can be difficult in this part of Chilliwack by reason of the low service level. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. The bike is a reasonably good method of transportation in Valley South. Walking is not particularly practical for home buyers in this part of the city since few daily errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to reach as a pedestrian from most homes for sale in Valley South. With respect to food, a grocery store is usually reachable within a rather short walk from any location in this area. Character

It is very difficult to access parks in the community since they are sparse. Still, there are over 50 parks nearby for residents to visit.

In this area, about two thirds of dwellings are single detached homes, while mobile homes make up most of the remaining housing stock. This part of the city experienced its biggest building boom following the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period. This area is primarily composed of three bedroom and two bedroom homes.
