The neighbourhood of Sunbury-Terrace is part of the municipality of Delta, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Cars are a great means of transportation in Sunbury-Terrace. It is especially convenient to park, and many real estate listings are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. However, travelling by transit can be challenging in Sunbury-Terrace due to the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Travelling by bicycle is difficult in this part of the municipality as there is a considerable amount of hills, and there are very few bike lanes. It is also challenging for pedestrians to get around in Sunbury-Terrace as very few day-to-day errands can be run on foot.


House buyers in Sunbury-Terrace usually need a vehicle to access the closest grocery store. Concerning education, it is a rather short walk to access daycares and primary schools from anywhere in this part of Delta. In contrast, Sunbury-Terrace does not have any high schools.
