The neighbourhood of Kingsway-Beresford is part of the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Kingsway-Beresford permits home buyers to get around by several methods of transportation. The public transit network in this part of Burnaby is convenient owing to a few nearby bus lines. Kingsway-Beresford is also a fairly pleasant part of Burnaby for pedestrians; many day-to-day needs can be met by walking. This area is not especially bike-friendly since there is a considerable amount of hills. Thankfully, the cycling network is reasonably good.


Primary schools and daycares are straightforward to access on foot from any location in Kingsway-Beresford. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Kingsway-Beresford. As far as food is concerned, it is easy to access the nearest supermarket by walking in this area. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a small selection of cafes can be found as well.
