The neighbourhood of Ferndale can be found in the municipality of Mission, British Columbia, which is situated in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

The best way to get around in Ferndale is usually driving. It is very easy to come across a parking spot. Moving around by bicycle is difficult in this neighbourhood as there is a considerable amount of hills, and there are very few bike lanes. Walking is also not very practical for property owners in Ferndale as almost no day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

In this area, parents and their children will generally be able to reach daycares by walking. On the other hand, there are only a few high schools in this part of Mission and accordingly they can be a long stroll away. Likewise, Ferndale does not contain any primary schools.
