In particular, house owners benefit from Stadium Station on the Capital Line. The neighbourhood is served by about 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually around the corner. It is also easy for people walking to navigate River Valley Riverside; many common errands can be run without a car. River Valley Riverside will appeal to active house buyers as it is very suited for cycling. More specifically, the bicycling infrastructure is well-developed.
