Part of the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area, Belmead is a neighbourhood within Edmonton, Alberta.

Transportation

Belmead will appeal to property owners that appreciate several modes of transportation. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are well-suited for those who get around by foot; many day-to-day errands can be run without a car. Cycling is also convenient in this part of the city as it is a flat ride to most destinations, and there are a good number of bike lanes. Thanks to about 20 nearby bus lines, Belmead is fairly transit friendly. The favoured method to navigate this part of Edmonton is very often driving. It is easy to park, and most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway.

Services

It is convenient to get to the closest grocery store as a pedestrian in this area. Additionally, Belmead is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe.
