Transportation

Fraser is a very good part of Edmonton for moving around by car. It is very easy to come across a place to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in Fraser is not very frequent. Thankfully, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. Cycling is convenient in Fraser because it is an even ride to most destinations, and this neighbourhood features a good bicycling infrastructure. Most houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are not very suitable for walking because meeting daily needs is inconvenient.

Services

In all but a few cases, a car is required to shop for groceries. A small selection of restaurants is available in Fraser. With respect to education, in this neighbourhood, families will typically be able to get to primary schools on foot. In contrast, there are no high schools in this part of Edmonton.

Character

The character of Fraser is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. There are a few public green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, such as Fraser Park, and they are very well-situated, making it easy to access them. This area is also very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
