Transportation

Moving around by car is very convenient in Cavanagh. It is very convenient to come across a place to park. In contrast, the public transit service in Cavanagh is not very frequent. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are not very suitable for walking as very few common errands can be run without the use of a car. Although biking is better in some sectors than others, it is also sometimes difficult to get around by bicycle in Cavanagh because the cycling infrastructure is rather limited, and the area is not particularly flat.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Additionally, families may find it challenging to reach daycares as a pedestrian. With respect to food, it is very rarely possible for property owners in this area to access the nearest supermarket on foot.

Character

Cavanagh is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment.
