The neighbourhood of Carlisle is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Biking is convenient in this area as the bicycling network is reasonably comprehensive, and there are a limited number of elevation changes. Getting around as a pedestrian is also rather feasible for home buyers in Carlisle; many daily needs can be carried out without a car. Carlisle is not an especially pleasant part of Edmonton for travelling by public transit. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner. In contrast, the preferred mode of transportation in this part of the city is often a car. It is convenient to park.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are straightforward to access without a vehicle from most properties for sale in Carlisle. On the other hand, high schools are not particularly plentiful and accordingly not always within walking distance.
