This part of Edmonton will draw home buyers that value different methods of transportation. Driving is a great medium of transportation in this part of the city. It is very easy to park, and many properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. The good public transit access allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. There are no bus circuits crossing the neighbourhood. Travelling on foot is not especially practical for property owners in this part of the city as few day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a vehicle. In contrast, this part of Edmonton is quite amenable to bicycling because this area is home to a very good cycling infrastructure.


Primary schools are convenient to access on foot from most homes for sale in Blackmud Creek Ravine. However, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood. With respect to eating, getting to the closest supermarket on foot is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in this neighbourhood.
