The neighbourhood of Saint-François can be found in the city of Laval, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is convenient in Saint-François. Parking is easy. However, the transit in Saint-François is somewhat poor. Nonetheless, there are about 40 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Although it is a flat ride to most destinations, it is occasionally challenging to travel by bicycle in this neighbourhood because there are few bike lanes. This area is also not especially well-suited for people who get around on foot as common amenities such as hair salons or hardware stores can be an extended trip away.

Services

Parents and their children will appreciate the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within a short distance from vast majority homes for sale in Saint-François. However, it can be very difficult to reach high schools as a pedestrian. Concerning food, a grocery store is typically reachable within a reasonably short distance from anywhere in this part of the city.
